- Scouts should wear their Class A uniforms!
- They have packaged the popcorn differently this year. No more tins! Some will like this, and some will not. If you get any questions about it, let them know that because of the change there is more product in the new bags. Average over all the products is an increase of about 20%. (some have 8% increase, others up to 37% increase in product.) Prices remain the same however.
- Also, the new bags are resealable, and more environmentally friendly than the tins,, everybody loves that!
- Storefront sales will go towards the individual scouts totals to be used towards incentives! This means that Keith or I will be collecting the names of those scouts who helped sell, so we can divide it up accordingly. If we do not get feedback regarding who helped sell, we will have to divide it up among everyone in the den, and that might not be fair to those who were out there in the heat/cold.
- If every scout in the pack participates, Pack 789 will get an additional 2% commission, so for those scouts who do not do any individual selling, the storefronts are a good way to get a sale for every scout.
- Online sales will also go towards individual scout incentives.
- Although we are not allowed to solicit tips, some people will give them anyway. Please keep this money separate. We can use some of it towards a military sale (sending popcorn to our troops), and can use some for something Pack related.
- We have 11 dens, and only 9 storefront dates, so we are doubled up on the Tiger and Wolf dens.
