Food Pantry
We're meeting at the food pantry at Chesapeake Church at 6:15 PM tomorrow. Please use the food pantry driveway (the driveway prior to Chesapeake Church on Route 4) at 6045 Solomons Island Road. The food pantry is the yellow building behind the counseling center. Please drive around to the back of the food pantry and park in the parking area-please leave the parking spaces closest to the pantry for the pantry clients.
Please no siblings this time -- one parent per kid. If you need somewhere for a sibling to hang out for a while, let me know. I believe we can use my house and Kristyn will watch them. Tom -- I think this is what you'll have to do if you have your daughter.

Scouting for Food
We will be distributing bags in the Lyon's Creek neighborhood on Saturday, November 6th. I will not be available that day. But I will be there for Saturday, November 13th, when we pick them up. Hunter lives in this neighborhood, so I think we should meet at his house at, say, 10:00 AM.
Pack Meeting
The pack meeting on November 12th is going to be awesome. We're going to do a uniform inspection. We are planning to do another one in the spring for progress.
Then we'll do an activity, followed by the Bobcat ceremony. This is a big deal for the kids. We turn the lights off, burn candles and read from a script. (I'm the reader!)
Ben and Joe, try to get your Bobcat stuff done by then!
Bring your gift box to the pack meeting. You need to donate $7 for shipping. If you want to write a check, make it out to Pack 789 and we'll cash it before we give them to Smithville UMC.
Our next den meeting will be 11/16.
