Summer Activities and Blog

The activities are updated on the calendar and the boys can earn an activity badge for participation for the summer, but we will need to get more information on that part. They can also earn loops for the activities as well. The event on July 31 will give them the opportunity to earn a few loops.

We have listed the contact for each event in the description on the Google calendar. The best way to view all of the information for the events is to click on the "Den 7 Calendar at Google" under the "Den 7 links" on our Blog and you can see the event in detail. We will add more as we are provided information. If you are interested in helping out with any of these events I am sure the contact would be more than happy to accept help. You can also add yourself as a "follower" of the Blog and can receive automatic notifications over the summer when we edit the Blog - this can be done by clicking the "Follow" button on the right sidebar of the blog.

One other thing to remember is that there is a link under the "Den 7 links" to all of the loops which you can work on over the summer and just email us to let us know that your son has achieved a loop - "Belt Loop Descriptions".

Pack Meeting

Don't forget to brush up on your airplane making skills for the Pack Meeting this Friday at the school!

We also had the committee meeting tonight and we will have a summer packed with activities - more information to follow at the meeting this Friday. I know they are having a camp day at the Park on August 31 so they will be able to get their kickball belt loop and other ones that day!

The Pack meeting on June 4 will be the last formal meeting of the school year. We would like to move our BBQ at the park to next Tuesday, but I will need to check on the pavilion in the morning. I will keep you all posted.

June 4 Pack Meeting

This will be at Lyon's Creek Barn (where the X-Mas Carol Bonfire was held) and we will send directions. It is a BBQ and Graduation Ceremony.

May 11 Den Meeting

We will be getting some fresh air at the Den Leader's house and earning our kickball belt loop! No uniforms needed - just sneakers and comfy clothes.

Tuesday May 4 - 7PM Den Meeting

The theme for our meeting is Welcome Spring.... HELLO Summer!

We will be making terrariums and bird feed holders. Hope to see you all at the library and please let us know if you cannot make it. We are using Peanut Butter so please let me know if there are allergies.
