Friday's Pack Meeting

Don't forget there will not be a Den Meeting on Tuesday night since the Pack Meeting was rescheduled to this week.

This week's Pack meeting will be from 7-8Pm at the Hall Creek NMRA which is at the end of Ferry Landing road in Dunkirk. The Scouts will be completing a community service project and will be cleaning up the woods which border the water. The theme is "Leave No Trace" and they will learn about the importance of taking care of our community.

Please park behind the guardrail and bring gloves for picking up trash, bug spray, hats/pants to prevent ticks, and Class B Uniforms (which is the Scout t-shirt). We do not have a Class B uniform so we will be in T-Shirts. They will not be in the water and we are planning to leave by dark.

Den 7 will be loading the trash in our pick-up and Gavin will take it to the dump/recycling center.

We also had the Den Leader meeting tonight and here are the highlights:

• Day camp registration early bird deadline is May 1st. Please let us know if you need another copy of the original email about day camp.
• The belt loops for Good Manners and Music are on order.
• We are volunteering to sell Popcorn at Sneade's for 2 hours on the morning of May 8th. We will receive the exact time once it is set. Please let us know if you cannot come.
